Take some time today to reconnect with God.
Romans 12 (our daily reading plan for today) talks about renewing our minds. Try this exercise: Think about a stressor in your life: a person or situation. Now, deliberately change the way you think about it. Ask God for his perspective, try to see from another point of view. Take a minute to pray for a new thought about that stressor or a gracious attitude toward it. Take this whole minute to retrain your mind.
